How soon after joining can I apply for a loan?

Six (6) months.

You need to have been saving for six (6) months on a continuous basis in order to qualify for a loan.

You cannot deposit a lump sum and then automatically qualify for a loan. If you do this, there will be a three (3) month waiting period for application approval.
